We are experiencing a premeditated attack via 5th generation/cognitive warfare that has resulted in grave breaches of the Law of War Manual, Geneva Convention, ICCPR and many more international covenants and treaties that have resulted in loss of fundamental/historical rights, loss of life and a bio-weapon injection being released on a trusting/unsuspecting/uninformed population.

We knew about this attack/the real science in 2020. This video is just one of many examples of the warnings we all shared with our local law enforcement/government/politicians etc. Had anyone of them acted/investigated all of the damage would have been prevented.
The men and women of the LSA have taken actions/necessary steps per our lawful duty of care pursuant to the Law of War Manual, the international covenants and treaties and the common law. This treaty is necessary as all structures of society have failed to perform their duties all while our children, friends, families and our very future is under attack every day.
This notice has been sent out via registered mail by multiple men and women of the Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly to the Supreme court of Canada, the Canadian Judicial Council, the Ontario Judicial Council and the Regional Senior Justices of ONTARIO et al.

Members of the LSA/True North Guardians Alliance worked alongside the judges of this tribunal as well as serving as judges on some of their rulings.
The evidence was never acted on, investigated or acknowledged by any of the recipients with one exception: the man acting as regional senior justice of PEEL, ONTARIO Leonard Ricchetti. Leonard sent them a cease and desist back, rather than act.
