Article 24

All belligerent hostiles/Government of Great Britain/Government of CANADA/ONTARIO/Great Britain/CANADA/ONTARIO, the agents/successors/stakeholders/assigns/subsidiaries/associates of the aforementioned and all listed responsible parties shall engage in an open, transparent and public disclosure disclosure of the fraudulent conversion of the certificate of live birth into a BIRTH CERTIFICATE and the funds that have been made/are being made must be made available to all and access to the cestui que vie trusts and the option of having all titles re-vested must also be made available.

Article 25

It is agreed that, for all eternity, all who stand under/with this treaty as victims of the hostile belligerents and their associates/affiliates/agents/etc. will allowed to freely travel as would a diplomat under international law. All fundamental rights and freedoms will be honoured and respected and any/all passports honoured under the common law, the law of treaties and the international covenants and treaties.

Any man or woman who is traveling under the protection of this treaty shall not, under any circumstances, be coerced or forced into an uniformed, non-consensual contract or “license” by The Government of Her/His Britannic Majesty, the agents of all belligerent hostiles/Government of Great Britain/Government of CANADA/ONTARIO/Great Britain/CANADA/ONTARIO, the agents/successors/stakeholders/assigns/subsidiaries/associates of the aforementioned and all listed responsible parties.

Any existing license/contract held by a signatory of this contract shall be first accepted for value to be paid the the licensee and rescinded with no penalties/limitations/restrictions to the licensee.

Article 26.

It is known that any man or woman claiming status/protection under this treaty shall conduct their life/affairs/business/Private Members Association, etc. with honour, integrity and adherence to the rule of law, the common law and the natural law. They will endeavor to cause no harm, loss or trespass to another living man, woman or child(ren). Should their be cause to convene a jury of their peers to address a potential violation of the rule of law/common law/God’s law then the appropriate steps of natural justice/common law will take place and the signatories will agree to submit to the ruling of their peers.

Justice will be carried out within an appropriate jurisdiction under the appropriate rule of law and it shall not/cannot be enforced by anyone affiliated with/influenced by the belligerent hostiles, being defined as the agents of all belligerent hostiles/Government of Great Britain/Government of CANADA/ONTARIO/Great Britain/CANADA/ONTARIO, the agents/successors/stakeholders/assigns/subsidiaries/associates of the aforementioned and all listed responsible parties

Article 27

Any man or woman claiming status/protection under of this treaty shall acknowledge that the highest authority of this treaty and all is the supremacy of God/Creator/Prime Source/etc, but also that it is up to the individual signatory to define what that means to themselves, how they practice that belief structure and how they integrate it into their lives/the lives of their family.

All belligerent hostiles/Government of Great Britain/Government of CANADA/ONTARIO/Great Britain/CANADA/ONTARIO, the agents/successors/stakeholders/assigns/subsidiaries/associates of the aforementioned and all listed responsible parties, agree to acknowledge the above line and recognize it in their own jurisdiction/law/structure and vow to never infringe on it/limit it to any man or woman claiming status/protection under/participation with this treaty.

Article 28

It is further agreed that the provisions and stipulations of this treaty be made known to all of The belligerent hostiles, being defined as the agents of All belligerent hostiles/Government of Great Britain/Government of CANADA/ONTARIO/Great Britain/CANADA/ONTARIO, the agents/successors/stakeholders/assigns/subsidiaries/associates of the aforementioned and all listed responsible parties.

Article 29

The hostile belligerent will not use any chemicals sprays in the ozone/airspace over any treaty land and any surrounding land, thus the Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly treaty airspace/air quality shall be uncorrupted by the hostile belligerent and any of it’s agendas. The hostile belligerent will not use any weather manipulation/direct energy weapons of any manner over treaty land or surrounding land that can have an effect on our treaty territory. Direct or indirect use of any type of weather manipulation or direct energy weapons by the hostile belligerents, that cause harm to our land, pollute our air/space or cause unnatural weather patterns will be brought before a military court. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

Article 30

The hostile belligerent will not have access or clearance to build or use any earth/area under our treaty land, unless explicitly and knowingly agreed upon by the Treaty committee in writing. Any infrastructure that has not been disclosed or does not serve a positive purpose to the lives and well-being of the people of the Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly, that currently exists under our treaty land will be redeemed by the Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly Treaty. The Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly will have the right to repair any damages that have occurred under the land and remove any obstructions that may be found. If this covenant is breached by the hostile belligerent, they will be brought before a military court. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

Article 31
Due to the harm of 5G+ technology/Satellites as well as its invasive behaviour created by the hostile belligerent, all harmful and invasive technology will be removed and restricted from our treaty land (above and below), air and space. The hostile belligerent will not impose for any reason its technological agendas on our land (above and below) air and space. If by any means the hostile belligerent uses its technology on our land (above and below) air or space they will be brought before a military court. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

Article 32

The People of the Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly Treaty are not obliged by any corporation/contract that we have not knowingly and willingly consented to in writing. Any mandates, legal laws or acts that are passed under the jurisdiction of admiralty law will not have authority over our land (above or below), air, space or the people of the Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly Treaty. As common law stands above admiralty law we as living people have the right but not the obligation to participate in any commerce with the hostile belligerent including any agents. We the people have and will continue to invoke our natural fundamental rights and freedoms, such as but not limited to the right to self determination; the ability to live and determine ones own life by conscious creative thought with the intent of universal order and natural positive progress. If the hostile belligerent forces their laws by way of fraud, coercion or putting treaty members under duress, the hostile belligerent will be brought before a military court. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

Article 33

The hostile belligerent shall not enforce or suggest any climate control regulations, climate tax or any other related regulations related to the suggested climate change emergency conjured by the hostile belligerent, that has not been explicitly agreed upon in writing by the people of the Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly. We the people of the Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly do not agree with or recognize the current propagated information that is suggesting there is a climate change emergency. As natural human beings that honour our duty to care for the planet, we shall assist the planet positively with science (indisputable facts) meaning our way of life will be backed by definite reason, that will not have a detrimental effect to the planet. Therefore we will not harm the planet, our way of life will be in harmony with nature. We will not be negligent in the care and support that we have for the planet. This grants the people of the Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly to live freely without obstructions/enforcement that could take away our liberty. The hostile belligerent shall be brought before a military court if for any reason this agreement is breached. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

Article 34

As a treaty of the living men and women and their sons and daughters, our school system will have its foundation on education. The word education has roots in the latin words educe or educare which means to bring forth or bring out what is within, meaning the structure of our educational system is to guide and bring out each individuals authentic knowledge, wisdom and their understanding to over-standing. This style of teaching is intuitive and requires the teacher to listen to the students and articulate definitely what they learn from the student to create a visual/symbol for the student to understand themselves and their unique gifts that they came here with to hone. As well as to guide the individual to the awakening of their own unique intelligence. Religions, belief systems and philosophies shall be abundant and naturally progressive as subjects, each individual will have the opportunity and right to study if they so wish.

Creating a curriculum that is vast in subjects and topics that are productive in developing ones own mind, body, creative abilities, skills and talents so that each student has the opportunity to develop themselves to be very capable, adequate, self reliant and can be depended on by his or her community, due to the fact that one has enlightened oneself to a man or woman of great, empowering and benevolent character. The school system has the opportunity and is graced with the power and responsibility to create a path for students to develop into their own unique beings and their infinite energy of gratitude to behold one of the higher frequencies that is love which is to give. Creating a way of life where through the inner teachings one can recognize what he or she came here to give. With such purpose everyone has the opportunity to find out their reason which is the sweetness of life that unlocks ones infinite intelligence, potential, love, grace and freedom expanding consciousness to grander heights to empower us all with the know how and capabilities to uplift and empower the Earth(as she gives so much to us) as well as expanding the consciousness of man as a whole. The basic subjects such as language/english, math, art, science, history, music, geography, Physical Education, drama, biology, chemistry, physics, technology, philosophy and literature will be taught in a practical way for everyday use in life. Other subjects such as learning languages of the world, esoteric teachings, teachings of the body and mind “supernatural”, how to use math and numbers, alchemy, sacred geometry, real history, how to grow food, botany, build homes, learn arts (dance, painting etc.), knowledge and identification of plants and animals, real financial literacy, natural/Gods law and Common law and its application as well as health and foods for a vital body shall also be taught in a practical way for everyday use in life. Subjects can be annexed to the curriculum upon the approval of the Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly committee. The belligerent will not have any control of what the Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly school curriculum will consist of, as a sovereign treaty we will manage and be responsible for our education and have the freedom to use the natural resources around us as well as to travel freely without obstruction.

Children /students are our FUTURE. Therefore, starting from age 6 through high school and beyond, the education of our next generation will be geared toward self-development in harmony with the environment. Note that the parents play a crucial role in the development of their children ages four and five. This will need to be further discussed with the various other community partners to address the social implications ( employment , daycare etc. ). Children at this stage of development need exploration, creativity, encouragement in a non-threatening environment where they feel secure and loved. The system needs to build on diversity of options- homeschooling, , learning pods, classes, curriculum that is individualized / applicable , different pathways etc.

In the new model, children/students will be taught, mutual goodwill, respect, responsibility and solidarity. Self sufficiency is vital in all aspects of life. Life Long learning and development of all including the adults( no matter the age) will be required for this massive shift of consciousness. Responsibility for one’s own well-being, - through a holistic approach to wellness, nutrition, horticulture growing food and medicinal plants as well as caring for animals and the environment. Languages , technologies , real science and history, art and music. Students/children will be encouraged to define, organize and carry our projects- opinions, research topics and arrive at their conclusions. Develop critical thing skills that are able to master the various technologies without becoming reliant on frivolous distractions. The aged (older ”retired” adults) will assist with the learning and development of the young. The parents play a critical role and voice in the system because they know their child best. Compassion, love and parental guidance are what every child/student needs to get through their development.

The hostile belligerents will also support the establishment of a university. This university learning will focus on various faculties ; such as , alternative medicine , alternative physics, alternative energy, alternative agriculture with the inclusion of music/frequencies/ art and any others that are decided by the community partners. It is important to recognize that learning and research will need to continue to evolve as needs and demands are recognized.

In conclusion, the only way forward in stopping the abuse and insanity in the educational system is to revamp it. It is not working for the 99% of the population, but it is definitely constructed to benefit the 1%. There will be a great deal of work to actually look at logistics, curriculum, pedagogies etc. but will be worth the investment for our future generations.

Article 35

The living men and women and their sons and daughters of the Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly will use a sectioned out piece of land to grow fresh organic uncorrupted produce (fruits, botanicals and vegetables) all 12 months of the year with the use of green houses. Incorporating sacred geometry into the structures of the greenhouses such as pyramid greenhouses, octahedral diamond greenhouses and the use of copper, crystals and high frequency harmonizing music for plants. To not only source in abundantly the energy/electricity around the plants, but to also create a peaceful soothing and high frequency environment for the plants to grow and produce at their highest potential. This will provide tremendous nutrition and vitality to the peoples health, growing food with the right practices and good intent can yield very nutritious food for our community and others. Our greenhouses and produce will be maintained, sustained, managed and distributed by the people Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly to promote health and longevity within our community. The belligerent will not have any control of how we grow our food, we will be fully responsible of how we take care and manage our lives and how we feed ourselves and our families. The necessary seeds, plants or roots imported from any country will be allowed to cross the border entry of the land known as “Canada” so long as the transporter of the goods bears this treaty and the goods are used for the purpose of treaty bearers to grow and/or propagate produce and/or botanicals.

Article 36

The belligerent shall provide access to purified clean water for all men and women within the Halton Regional and all cities contained within. No chemicals shall be added to the water that could potentially harm any man or woman regardless of the quantities of said chemicals. The water shall be treated at the treatment facilities in such a way that all impurities are removed within the use of chemicals that can be harmful to the human body.

Article 37

This includes the disclosure and removal of all harmful 5G technologies, directed energy weapons, and all COVID measures (including but not limited to masking, bio-weapon coivid19 injections, lock-downs etc).

Article 38

The belligerents shall make this treaty a matter of public record and immediately made known to all Police Departments, RCMP, OPP, Law Enforcement, Peace officers, agents of the crown corporation (including “justices”), by law officers etc. All signatories of the treaty shall be treated as protected persons under the Geneva Convention/Law of War Manual and have status outside of the standard public jurisdictions. For the corporations of CANADA/ONTARIO and all of their subsidiaries their agents will have no jurisdiction over the signatories/bearers/participants of this treaty. Any issue that has a victim that can be brought forward under the common law must be addressed under common law and adhere to the articles of the treaty, The Law of War Manual/Law of Peace Manual.

Article 39

The hostile belligerent and its artificial intelligence will not breach ones privacy through the use of technology to stimulate, propagate, or gain data for use of provoking the actions of an individual by manipulating their thoughts. The internet field of the people of the Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly/True North Guardians Alliance/any civilian non-combatant participating with this treaty shall be private, any outside interference from the hostile belligerent such as artificial intelligence, hackers or any spy organization such as but not limited to the C.I.A./F.B.I. will be prohibited. The hostile belligerent shall be prohibited to use any technology that can read the phones/computers/messages/emails of the members of the Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly and prohibited to use technology that has the ability to read thoughts amongst the men and women/civilian non-combatants participating with this treaty. The hostile belligerent shall be brought before a military court if for any reason this agreement is breached. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

Article 40

The written or printed case of each of the two Parties, accompanied by the evidence offered in support of the same, shall be laid before the North American Military Alliance within six months from the date of the exchange of the ratifications of this Treaty, and a copy of such case and evidence shall be communicated by each Party to the other, through their respective Representatives at Ottawa, Ontario.

The all parties may include in the evidence to be considered by the Arbitrator/North American Military Alliance such documents, official correspondence, and other official or public statements bearing on the subject of the reference as they may consider necessary to the support of their respective cases.

After the written or printed case shall have been communicated by each Party to the other, each Party shall have the power of drawing up and laying before the Arbitrator a second and definitive statement, if it think fit to do so, in reply to the case of the other party so communicated, which definitive statement shall be so laid before the Arbitrator, and also be mutually communicated in the same manner as aforesaid, by each Party to the other, within six months from the date of laying the first statement of the case before the Arbitrator.
