The indictment stemming from the summary will be served to the defendants on September 13th, 2024 at 7755 Hurnontario street, brampton at 9am EST. What we have put on the public record and what has been blatantly ignored by the defendants will stagger the mind as well as provide irrefutable proof that an immediate arrest must be performed on the defendants for the preservation of human life/peace as well as upholding the rule of law, which has been proven to be abandoned by the lawless defendants.
The Law of War Manual section 11.10.1 &11.10.2: we have proven that the judiciary is unwilling and unable to perform their duties and that there is massive corruption and unfairness in the judicial system.
Conspiracy to commit an unlawful act, domestic terrorism, fraud, tacit procurement, slavery/enticement into slavery, grave treaty violations, impeding attempt to save life (criminal code of Canada section 262) are only SOME of the charges against the defendants that have culminated in grave violations of the Law of War Manual.

What led to this moment....

Many of us have witnessed/experienced crimes against humanity at the hands of the hostile belligerents and continue to see the results of the ongoing attack against humanity unfolding all around us every day. Members of the Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly have worked tirelessly since 2020 (some since the 1980's ) to defend the children and stand on the pillars of principles to bring truth and disclosure to the world/terra firm Canada. Citizens arrests were performed on mayors in defence of the children. Notices of Dishonour were sent out. Cease and Desist orders were served to local police, school boards and public health from the International Natural and Common Law Tribunal for Public Health and Justice. An information/education website was created to disseminate knowledge so that individuals could do the research and apply the knowledge in their local communities.

These were only some of the actions taken...and then a mother came to the Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly asking for help protecting her one remaining daughter from the covid bio-weapon injection. The LSA took action under their lawful duty of care in an attempt to save human life.

We have both a woman acting as a judge for the Ontario criminal court and a man acting as the REGIONAL SENIOR JUSTICE (Peel region) for the Ontario superior Court

Not only are these violations of the USCMA, but also massive violations of the Law of War Manual. We've shown in exhibit 8 that we are under attack by a hostile belligerent and that the judiciary is unwilling and unable to perform their duties while also having a massive bias and deep seeded corruption (exhibit 4).

Therefore…
1. It is hereby ordered that after a unanimous ruling of the Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly Grand Jury, the Defendants can not enforce compliance with any statutory legislation against anyone who has recorded their birth declaration with the Common Law Court, claiming status/alignment with the Truth Guardians Peace Treaty or has made a formal declaration of non-consent against the hostile belligerents.
2. It is hereby ordered that after a unanimous ruling of the Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly Grand Jury, it is unlawful to vaccinate or enforce legislation on anyone without their consent, who have recorded their birth declaration with the Common Law Court, claiming status/alignment with the Truth Guardians Peace Treaty or has made a formal declaration of non-consent against the hostile belligerents.
3. It is hereby ordered that after a unanimous ruling of the Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly Grand Jury, that the use of health passports, covid and travel restrictions against anyone who has recorded their birth declaration is unlawful, claiming status/alignment with the Truth Guardians Peace Treaty or has made a formal declaration of non-consent against the hostile belligerents.
4. It is hereby ordered that after a unanimous ruling of the Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly Grand Jury, the dismissal from an employment position, restrictions relating to employment or the removal of professional qualifications due to the failure to comply with covid related statutory legislation, legislation that is repugnant to Common Law/Gods Law/Natural Law/The Truth as a Whole, or company policy is a crime against anyone who has recorded their birth declaration with the Common Law Court, claimed status under the Truth Guardians Peace Treaty or claim that they do not consent to the crimes committed by the hostile belligerents/defendants.
Anyone guilty of this crime will be held personally liable for damages in their personal and private capacity as well as being subject to immediate arrest by the North American Military Alliance and military law/tribunals.
5. It is hereby ordered that after a unanimous ruling of the Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly Grand Jury, that the peace treaty articles written in the Truth Guardians Peace Treaty (www.tgpeacetreaty.com ) be put into immediate effect and the Law of War Manual section 11.10.1 be implemented as it has been proven that the judiciary are unwilling and unable to perform their duties while also being show to be deeply corrupt in their alignment with the hostile belligerents agenda to destroy the population at large.
6. It is hereby ordered that after a unanimous ruling of the Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly Grand Jury, the local police effect an arrest of Marcella Henschel, Mark Dean, Carlos Navarro and Leonard Ricchetti for their criminal code violations as well as their war crimes against humanity and total failure of due process. Any police failing to perform this action will be considered an accomplice to the crimes and in dereliction of duty as an officer of the common law.
7. 8. It is hereby ordered that after a unanimous ruling of the Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly Grand Jury, Marcella Henschel, Mark Dean, Carlos Navarro and Leonard Ricchetti be immediately removed from their positions/occupations for the safety of humanity, preservation of peace and sanctity of the rule of law.
9. It is hereby stated that after a unanimous ruling of the Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly Grand Jury, that Marcella Henschel, Leonard Ricchetti, Mark Dean, Carlos Navarro and all of their accomplices should be taken into military custody for the safety of humanity/all civilian non-combatants and the sustainment of peace/the rule of law. This order will only be rescinded if the men and women named in this order cease and desist their attack on the creditor/claimants as well as cease and desist the fraudulent trading on the CUSIP/ISIN numbers generated from the case files/birth certificates of the creditor/claimants.
The grand jury recognizes that we cannot make orders of the North American Military Alliance, but as we have acted according the proper laws and orders/steps we require your overt assistance in dealing with the defendants/hostile belligerents on September 13th, 2024 at 7755 hurontario street, brampton, Ontario at 9:00am EST. Grand jury members/civilian non-combatants/victims of the hostile belligerents will be present in a state of neutrality and bearing a white flag of truce.
Pursuant to the Law of War Manual section 18.10 this grand jury summary along with the Truth Guardians Peace Treaty will go to the offices of the Judge Advocate Generals of the United States, the United States Secretary of Defense, the United States Provost Marshal and the UN Security Council.
10. It is hereby ordered that after a unanimous ruling of the Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly Grand Jury, that Marcella Henschel, Mark Dean, Carlos Navarro and Leonard Ricchetti be held personally liable for the damages/trespass against the creditor/claimants. Marcella Henschel, Mark Dean, Carlos Navarro and Leonard Ricchetti will have their assets/lands sold to reimburse the creditor/claimants for the gold/silver equivalent of $11 million dollars each. The creditor/claimants will use these funds for community creation/rebuilding their lives as per the Truth Guardians Peace Treaty.
The defendants at large will also have their assets seized by the North American Military Alliance per the Truth Guardians Peace Treaty and thus the rebuilding will follow as negotiated through the treaty process or as subject to proper/lawful military proceedings that adhere to the highest form of moral/spiritual/universal laws.
These Court Orders are effective as of this date and will remain in force until such time as they have been enforced. These orders are issued under the authority of this Lakeshore Sovereign Assembly and jus gentium, the Law of Nations.
